What we clean

Everything the air passes through

Ducts, vents, coils and exhausts - one crew, one visit, one number to call.

Air Duct Cleaning

Every supply and return line brushed and vacuumed under negative pressure, so the dust leaves the house instead of moving around it.

  • Whole-system cleaning
  • Negative air machine
  • Before & after photos

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Lint packed in a dryer vent is the most common cause of dryer fires - and the reason your clothes need two cycles.

  • Full line clearing
  • Roof & wall vents
  • Airflow tested after

HVAC Coil & Blower

The blower wheel and evaporator coil collect the dirt your filter misses. Clean ones move more air for less electricity.

  • Blower wheel cleaning
  • Coil washing
  • Drain pan clearing

Duct Repair & Sealing

Disconnected runs and leaking joints send conditioned air into the attic. We find them and seal them properly.

  • Leak sealing
  • Reconnecting runs
  • Insulation repair

Sanitizing & Deodorizing

An EPA-registered antimicrobial fog through the system after cleaning, for smoke, pet or damp smells that keep coming back.

  • Odor treatment
  • Antimicrobial fogging
  • Pet & smoke smells

Air Quality Inspection

Camera down the trunk line before we quote, so you can see the actual condition of your ducts instead of taking our word for it.

  • Camera inspection
  • Written findings
  • Photo report

Vents & Exhaust Fans

Bathroom and kitchen exhausts that hum but do not pull. Usually the duct, not the fan.

  • Bathroom exhausts
  • Kitchen hoods
  • Register cleaning

Commercial & Multi-Unit

Restaurants, offices, salons and apartment buildings - scheduled outside your business hours, including nights.

  • Offices & retail
  • Restaurants
  • Apartment buildings
Before & after

Drag the handle. That is the difference.

Why Melo

The dust has to go somewhere. We make sure it is out.

Plenty of companies run a shop vac in a vent for ten minutes and call it duct cleaning. That is not what happens here.

  • Negative pressure, not guessworkThe system is put under vacuum before a brush goes in, so debris travels out to the truck instead of into your living room.
  • You see the inside of your ductsCamera footage before we start and photos when we finish. If a line is already clean, we will tell you so.
  • Hours that fit real lifeSeven days a week, 7 AM to 11 PM. Evening and weekend appointments cost the same as any other slot.
  • A price before we startA full quote on site, in writing. If we find something extra, we stop and ask you first.

Questions

Straight answers

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

Every three to five years for most homes. Make it two to three if you have pets, someone in the house has allergies or asthma, or you have just finished a renovation - construction dust ends up in the ducts and stays there.

How long does a whole-house cleaning take?

Most homes take two to four hours depending on the number of vents and how the system is laid out. Dryer vents on their own are usually under an hour.

Will it make a mess in my house?

No. The system runs under negative pressure, which means the debris is pulled into our vacuum and out of the house. We put covers down at the equipment and clean the work area before we leave.

How do I know my dryer vent needs cleaning?

Clothes take more than one cycle to dry, the dryer feels hot to the touch, the laundry room gets humid, or you can see lint around the outside vent hood. Any of those means the line is restricted. It is also a fire risk, so do not leave it.

Do you show what the ducts looked like?

Yes. We photograph the inside of the ducts before and after so you can see exactly what came out, not just take our word that it did.

Are you open on weekends?

Every day of the week, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM - weekends and evenings included. Call whenever it suits you.
